Reservation Policies

  • We require you to pay 25% of your total upon making a reservation.
  • Your balance will be due upon arrival.
  • All reservations made by credit card will not be charged $100 security deposit.
  • Your card number will be held until after your departure in the case of damages.
  • Reservations made by cash or check will require an additional damage deposit of $100.00 refundable upon successful inspection of the property after departure.
  • We accept major credit cards and personal checks.
  • Pet approval by phone only – non-refundable fee applies. Call for details.

 

Cancellation Policies

  • A written notice of cancellation must be received 10 days prior to your arrival date to be eligible for a refund of your deposit amount less the $10 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations occurring within the 10 days prior to arrival forfeit their deposit.
